Can you grow chanterelles yourself?
No. The chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius) is a mycorrhizal fungus: it lives together with the roots of trees such as pine and oak. Even establishing a pure culture is exceptionally difficult, and growing it at home is not feasible.

In mycorrhiza, fungal threads help a plant absorb water and nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus, in exchange for sugars from the plant.

We found no source for a kit or 'spore syringe' that produces chanterelles at home.
What can you grow instead?
If you are looking for an easy species to grow, look at grey oyster mushroom or pioppino.
