How often should you descale your shower and grout?
Clean your shower screen, tiles and grout once a week, ideally right after showering.
Moisture and limescale in the grout give mould and bacteria a chance. A thin layer comes off easily, caked-on deposits don’t. With hard water, do it more often; with a water softener, less often.
- Spray tiles, grout and glass after showering
- Leave to act briefly
- Scrub the grout with a small brush
- Rinse and dry the glass
