How often should you dust?
Dust everywhere once a week. Start at the top and work your way down.
Built-up dust makes house dust mites worse and can irritate your airways. Dusting weekly keeps the rest of your cleaning light. If you have pets or an allergy, do it more often.
- Start at the top (cupboards, shelves) and work downwards
- Use a slightly damp microfibre cloth
- Do edges and gaps separately
- Vacuum up loose dust on the floor
15 to 30 minutes.
- microfibre cloth
- optionally a vacuum cleaner with brush nozzle
Your routine is only saved once you confirm. No account, on this device.
This is a general guideline. Always follow the manual of your appliance or product too.
