How often should you pump up your bike tyres?
Check your bike’s tyre pressure at least once a month and pump up where needed.
With soft tyres you get punctures sooner and cycling is harder work. The right pressure is on the side of your tyre. Check for small cracks in the rubber at the same time.
- Check the recommended pressure on the side of the tyre
- Pump the tyre up to the right value
- Check for visible wear or small cracks in the rubber
- Do the same for the rear tyre
5 to 10 minutes.
- bike pump with pressure gauge
Your routine is only saved once you confirm. No account, on this device.
This is a general guideline. Always follow the manual of your appliance or product too.
